These terms apply to everyone who uses retlabel.nl and the RetLabel apps (the "Platform"), run by RetLabel Studios, a brand of REAL8 (REAL8 Business Group), Vinkeniersweg 4, 9506 Grimminge (Geraardsbergen), Belgium, info@real-8.com, +32 456 99 50 62 ("RetLabel").
Your account
- You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Under 18, artists, dancers and promoters need a parent or guardian to co-sign their agreement.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
- One person or company per account. Do not pretend to be someone else.
Listening
Streaming on RetLabel is free. Music on the Platform belongs to the artists and rights holders. You may listen to it for personal use. You may not download, copy, record or redistribute it, except where the artist has switched on downloads.
Playlists and content you add
You keep the rights to your playlists, texts and images. You give RetLabel permission to show them on the Platform. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Fair play
Do not generate artificial plays, followers or likes (bots, scripts, paid fake streams, repeated playback without listening). Such activity is filtered out and can lead to removal of your account.
Artists, dancers and promoters
Their use of the Platform is also governed by their agreement with RetLabel (Artist, Dancer or Promoter Agreement), which you can read under Agreements.
Reporting content
Report content you believe is unlawful with the Report button or the notice form. We decide on reports carefully and give reasons for our decisions, in line with the EU Digital Services Act.
Liability
We do our best to keep the Platform running, but cannot guarantee it is always available. RetLabel is not liable for indirect damage, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
Changes and law
We may change these terms. We announce important changes in advance. Belgian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains in place.
