Organising a battle

Create it, get it approved, invite dancers and judges, run the show.

  1. Events → Battles → New battle: format, styles, bracket size, rules, prizes, tickets (with Gives access to the live stream).
  2. RetLabel checks and approves it; then it is published and entries open.
  3. Run the battle: invite RetLabel dancers, or anyone by e-mail (they sign up and sign the Dancer Agreement first). Invite judges. Close entries, then Build the bracket.
  4. Control room: run the live show (see The control room). Open the vote per battle and decide the winner.

Ticket money of a battle: 50% prize pool, 20% for you (the organiser), the rest for RetLabel.
