To the RetLabel curator network – open a campaign that is accepted or running and press Pitch for this artist, or go to Campaigns → RetLabel curator network. You pitch with your own promo tokens (1 per playlist, 2 per radio station; packages on the Promo tokens page). Curators reply to the pitch themselves.
To your own contacts – on Campaigns → Pitches press Pitch to my own contact: free, you contact them yourself and log the pitch. Keep the status up to date with Set status (pending, accepted with the link, declined with the reason).
The artist sees every pitch in their studio, with the status, so they always know what you did for them.
